We believe that safety is vital as families entrust us with their children each week. We have a loving, dedicated team that cannot wait to see your children each week. Every member of our team is interviewed, undergoes a national background check, and is thoroughly trained.

Our check-in system generates a unique identification number for your child and pager number for your family. These numbers are printed on your child’s nametag and on a sticker for you to keep while your child is with us. You will need to present your portion of the nametag when picking up your child. If during service our team needs you, your pager number will notify you of this need.

Additional Information you would like us to know:

I give permission for my child to participate in classes/activities at Friendship Church. In case of an emergency involving my child(ren), I authorize the volunteers and staff to administer emergency medical first aid treatment, or to call for an emergency medical response.

By registering my child for Friendship Kids Ministry, I authorize that my child’s image may be photographed and filmed, and be used in video, print, and web presentations.

By giving my email address, I understand that I will be added to Friendship Church’s mailing list. Friendship Church will not give my personal information to any third parties.
