In 2016, Friendship began Cowart Venture by adopting Spark Academy at Cowart. This is a partnership with our district’s elementary school in which we strive to impact our surrounding community. We currently support the school by adopting the classrooms and staff, through serve days, and through volunteering and providing materials for the classrooms. Friendship Church partners are able to purchase “Cowart Stocks” once a year that will help fund these projects.

To accomplish this vision, we hope to partner with other groups in our community. We feel strongly that by creating partnerships with schools and other organizations we will strengthen our community. Imagine what our community could be like if local churches adopted every school in our city and county.
