Want to start Christmas Eve off with a heart-warming event? One where new family traditions can be created? An event that we hope you’ll want to return to year after year? We’ll be creating that event at Friendship Church this year as we celebrate the birth of Christ with our Christmas Eve Candlelight Service. But there will be a twist. Many kids love glow sticks, so they will have a choice of a glow stick or a candle! We’ll sing your favorite Christmas carols and songs. We’ll read the Christmas story then we’ll close with "Silent Night" as we light candles and break the glow sticks as a reminder that the Light of the world is about to be born. What a great way to bring the focus of Christmas back to where it belongs – with Christ.
